Put on your platforms and break out the sequins—this October, Be Well Therapy is turning the clock back and the disco lights up for our grooviest gala yet!
Join us on Saturday, October 11th, 2025 at Del Mar Social for a night that’s equal parts sparkle and soul. We’re dialing up the disco and letting the good vibes roll—all in support of Be Well’s mission to bring healing through yoga, mindfulness, and connection.
